Healthy breakfast Today we discuss about the topic healthy (breakfast) if you has not do good break fast Then after two hours energy will finish and you become lazy and we will feel hungry . On the other hand two feelings have one is this that we are eating or overeating in talking Talking talking or the any other reason you result is this that we will west more of the part Of the day. Other bad reason is this if we are not take good breakfast, you this also is bad thing We will sat in an office or school college or university then you wail felt hungry , in this situation Our mind that you were seen mangoes or paratha in home, you will also will there your mind wil in Home. Example: Eat breakfast like a king, a prince, like a, pauper, Never work before breakfast, if u have to work before break fast Eat you breakfast, And night food likes a beggar, Why we not take breakfast? Late night sleep, Late dinner, Heavy dinner, Now –a- days these has common, that we are going school colleges, and universities without Take breakfast but ,this thing was not possible before some year, because we was slept at nine O clock and then we was wake up early in the morning, and this was the good time table for our Life,on the other hand if we are wakeup late at night it is not possible that we will not eat something. This is necessary for all kind that we must will eat something, due to this we are not take break fast In morning.
